My history with Grupo Brisas began more than a decade ago. Throughout all these years, I have been the director of some of the group’s principal properties, such as Mexico City’s Galerías Plaza Hotel, the legendary Las Hadas in Manzanillo, known as the scenario of some famous cinematic productions, and Las Brisas Acapulco, one of Mexico’s most emblematic hotels.
Being the managing director of Cancun’s NIZUC Resort & Spa has been one of my main challenges as this hotel has become a symbol of luxury hospitality, renowned for having the highest quality standards. My passion for service and a keen interest in getting to know my clients were key to reaching excellence. A major achievement is generating loyalty and having guests coming again in a market with countless options.
The usual NIZUC clients have traveled all over the world and stayed at the best hotels, and the fact that they come back and recommend us to their family and friends is our greatest satisfaction. NIZUC’s exquisite cuisine is one of our trademarks, and its closeness to Cancun international airport, plus its unparalleled privacy, are assets that differentiate us from the rest.
We take pride in being nationally and internationally renowned and having a logo that is synonymous with a world-class hostelry.
Now I am beginning a new chapter as part of Grupo Brisas Corporate, which brings new and larger challenges. There is a lot of work to do. We are opening more hotels and unifying criteria across all our brands and properties to make our quality and service our hallmark.
